TenantSpect provides tools to create property inspection reports, capture photos, record conditions, collect digital signatures, generate PDFs, and share inspection links.

TenantSpect is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of inspection data captured.
• You must use the service lawfully and not misuse share links.

Reports may include photos and signatures. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture and share this information with relevant parties.

Share links are accessible to anyone with the link. Share responsibly.

Paid plans are billed via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to your selected plan.

• Upgrades may take effect immediately and may create a new subscription.
• Cancellations may stop renewal but you may retain access until the end of the current billing period, depending on your plan status.
• Non-payment may result in loss of paid features and/or downgrade.

Pricing and plan limits may change. We will aim to communicate material changes clearly.

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data.
• Do not upload illegal content.
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the service.

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We’ll try to minimise disruption, but uptime is not guaranteed.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TenantSpect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You remain responsible for how you use reports and for compliance with applicable laws.
